The owner of this property are very good and helpful, whatever the issue we faced , they immediately helped us and tried to resolved it. I was renting with them for nearly 5 years, I must say the principal Denice was such a pleasure to deal with, we had our ups and downs over the last couple years dealing with covid but we worked through it!
I must say the stand out staff member was Mia Panayi, she was my point of contact throughout the last part of my tenancy while I was experiencing financial issues due to covid effecting my job. She had the most personal touch and really showed she cared about the tenant. Not only does she property manage but is also in sales, great work Mia for multi tasking and always answering your phone when I called! I wish you all the best, and one day when I look at buying, I will most definitely be calling you!

I have been a tenant with this agent for 2.5years - they have always been professional and responsive to my emails about maintenance requests. They always took less than 2 days to reply, cc'ed me into emails with strata if required to ensure complete visibility with requests. They're good with notifying tenants well ahead of time about fire inspections or strata warnings etc.
Outgoing was smooth - there were flexible in allowing me to correct a minor cleaning issue. Overall no dramas with these agent.
Hopefully my next one will be a similar experience!
